Ra Uru Hu was gifted with the system called Human Design as I explained in the last post. Richard Rudd was one of his star pupils. After studying and working with Human Design, Richard Rudd decided it was much too complicated for the ordinary person to understand. So, with Re Uru Hu’s blessing, Richard Rudd designed the Gene Keys as a simpler version of the Human Design system.
A Gene Key profile is specifically designed for you taking into account ancient wisdom, quantum physics, your divine spirit inside, along with the transit and path of the sun the moment you left your mother’s body – the same as Human Design.
It is made up of 64 gene keys, some of which are important to us in this lifetime and some of which are of little consequence.
Each gene key holds a shadow, a gift and a siddhi (your highest frequency). You can use the gift to work through the shadow and become the highest frequency or the siddhi. Each gene key is associated with a line which further determines your genius and your challenges or shadows. In a profile, you will find 11 different positions for different gene keys with 64 possible gene keys to go into each one and each of these will have 6 possible lines to further make them more unique to you. So, for every 11 gene key positions, there is a possibility of 384 variations, one of which will be yours. So you can see how unique each person’s profile is.
Your core 4 gene keys are the ones that will play out throughout your life and are your biggest lessons and gifts in your life. Some of these gene keys are more conscious, and you can recognize them rather easily. Some are more in your unconscious and are often the way others see you but not always the way you see yourself. A client of mine just told me that she always thought of herself as dour and depressing and went through a group exercise where you write on the page pinned to each person’s back an adjective to describe that person. She was totally amazed that all her adjectives were upbeat, funny, full of life and joie de vivre. It turned her life around in a moment.

Your gene keys profile allows you to know what paradigms may be holding you back. Often it is hard to recognize these paradigms because they have become so engrained and feel like truths within.
