Sandi Shortt has been on a path of transformation and self-discovery since she became a widow with 3 young children over 30 years ago. At that time, she was faced with the challenge of figuring out who she was and what she wanted to do with the rest of her life. Her first step was participating in her own grief therapy. She eventually became a facilitator for grief groups and now offers her services to a wide range of clients.
In order to understand herself, Sandi has studied all sorts of different therapies and modalities. Now she is available for others to assist them in the grieving process. There is a depth of self understanding available to us throughout the process of doing one’s inner work.
Her psycho-spiritual training came from Transformational Arts College in Toronto, where she taught and participated in classes, did one-on-one psychotherapy sessions with clients, co-facilitated the intensive weekends being offered and was a case supervisor for those being certified as therapists.
Sandi is a certified Body Psychotherapist and has completed the Silva Mind Control Method. She is also a certified N.L.P. (Neurolinguistic Programming) Practitioner
Sandi is a breast cancer survivor and a true inspiration to many as she continues to learn, grow and share her extensive knowledge with others who are on their path of self-empowerment and discovery.
